Description of the problem	Driver side sun visor will not stay up regardless of the position it is in and continues to fall down blocking the driver's view. It falls down unexpected while driving suddenly blocking the driver's view of oncoming traffic, traffic signals, etc. I (and many other owner based on blogs and reviews) have contacted nissan several times, filed a complaint and requested a recall, to no avail. This is clearly a safety issue that should have been addressed in earlier vehicles. Undoubtedly there have been accidents and near misses due to this obstruction to the driver's view of the road and traffic flows. A recall needs to be called to get this matter addressed especially since the manufacturer is well aware of the hazard it creates and that the component failure has been in existence since at least 2003. File # 6909366 was been created to document my concern by ginger knight, consumer affairs representative, nissan consumer affairs. If a recall has already been issued, please advise of the information so i can get this fixed. If not, please consider this and the numerous other complaints regarding this key component failure.
