| Description of the problem | At about 40,000 miles, the driver's side sun visor stopped holding its position. At first we could get it to stay in the up position; it just wouldn't stay set in mid position... It was either all the way up or all the way down. A few months ago (now 80,000 miles) the visor slips out of the up position and goes to the full down position when going over a big bump or at other random times. The murano doesn't have much head clearance in the first place, so the dropped visor completely obscures vision. From other discussion pages on the internet, this seems like a very common problem. |
