| Description of the problem | 2005 nissan murano with approximately 53,000 miles. The sun visor on the driver's side refuses to maintain position, just quit working. We have an extended warranty, but the dealership in jackson, tn (carlock) says it is not covered. Searched internet and found others having same problem. It is a mechanical defect and also a safety hazard. Please address this problem and have nissan answer to these defects in their sun visors. |
