Description of the problemI purchased a pre-owned murano with the extended warranty. A few months ago i had the oil changed and was notified the transfer case was leaking. I brought the car to a nissan dealership to be fixed. The leaks were fixed, a few days later there was an intense burning smell. I brought the car back in to the nissan dealer and they fixed it again. I was told there were some more leaks found. Now after driving the car in stop and go traffic for a long period of time the car will not accelerate properly. There is a 4 second delay then the car lurches forward. When i turn the car off for a while and turn it back on the problem seems to go away. I brought it again to the nissan dealer and they will do nothing because they cannot replicate the problem. I was told the warranty will not pay for parts unless the problem can be duplicated at the dealer. This is a serious safetly issue and i am no longer comfortable driving this car. *tt
