Description of the problem	I was at a traffic light waiting for it to turn green. When i stepped on the gas, i realized that it had turned off. Tried to re-start. Flashed dash signs and then nothing not even a click. I was on a very busy street at night in the rain. My hazard button lasted for 5 minutes and then it went out. I thought my car was going to be hit. A man across the street pulled me out of harms way. With the police directing traffic, my son and several people that stopped, helped to push the car to safety. My car was able to be jumped and driven home. I will not drive it until i know what is wrong with it. L am the original owner and it has 98,000 miles on it. It looks like the 2005 has a recall on the alternator, but i never got that done. I still have not had it looked at. Looking at the complaint a lot of people have several alternators replaced and the problem is still not fixed. Does anyone know why the vehicle would turn off with no warning? .
