Description of the problem	I am not sure of the events leading up to the failure; other than normal usage. The failure is the driver side visor will not stay up. It occurs all of the time. My wife is the primary driver and is able to deal with it easier than i because she is shorter. However when i drive the vehicle i have to move the visor to the side. The consequences are the visor blocks my visual view and my head comes close to hitting it when i drive. If i remove the visor then bright sun prohibits my view. This is a serious concern of mine. Html what worries me here is that it seems to be common problem. In fact one poster than posts as a nissan technician even claims that it is a common problem. I find that disturbing. Nothing was done to correct the failure as i am unable to find the part. I could go to the dealer but then i find $200 for a defect replacement to be a bit much.
