Description of the problem	The driver's side seat frame broke while adjusting the seat causing the seat to permanently lean to the left noticeably. The problem occurred after the warranty period and the dealer quoted a $1000 repair cost which i felt should have been covered under a recall. Since then i have learned that it is a problem for thousands of owners with 2003 to 2006 models. Nissan just never owned up to it being a defect. The seat cannot be adjusted properly and it is a major inconvenience when driving.
