Description of the problem	This is previously addressed in an investigation closed in 2009. My seat bracket on drivers side did however break during vehicle operation while turning a corner. I have had spinal fusion surgery and this was enough of a jolt to cause pain in my neck. The seat now wobbles side to side and front to back and in the even of and accident would not be properly secured causing any injuries to be significantly worse in my opinion. 1100. 00 to replace this part is extremely irritating and i doubt others like myself have the cash to dump into a simple part with a design defect that will most likely only break again.
