Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2005 nissan murano. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the front driver seat failed and the contact almost hit her head with the window. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the brackets on the seat had failed and as a result, the brackets needed to be welded. After some time passed, the seat adjuster failed and later the brackets failed again. The vehicle was taken to dealer for inspection, but no repairs were made.
