Description of the problem	Drivers side power seat just went "pop" and totally is loose and leaning to one side while driving. Nissan has had several complaints about this.. Vehicle is just 1000 miles out of warranty and we also filed a case with nissan and they refuse to pay the $508 charge to fix this.
