| Description of the problem | 2005 nissan murano- driver's side seat frame snapped at the weld and entire seat now teters back and forth diagonally. Car was only 4 yrs old when it happened. Girlfriend's car is same model/yr and same happened to her this year (nissan looked at it and did nothing). This is an absolute safety hazard and an obvious factory defect/design flaw. Nissan should have recalled this but is doing nothing for its customers. Is it gonna take personal injury due to a car accident or even the loss of an innocent person's life for nissan to consider this a hazard? |
