| Description of the problem | While driving my 2005 nissan murano the drivers side seat collapsed. This caused a temporary loss of control of the vehicle. Luckily we were not in an accident. My brother in law's drivers seat also collapsed. I have found numerous similar stories on the internet. When asking nissans consumer affairs to look into the matter they took 21 days to investigate. They finally told us that they would not pay any of the $900 that was estimated to fix. They stated that it was due to the fact we did not have our warranty. I'm not sure why it took 21 days to figure that out! |
