Description of the problem	2005 nissan murano. Driver seat anchor/bracket on back left broke. This causes the seat to rock significantly while driving, especially during turns. Main safety concern is the that the issue causes the seat belt to fit incorrectly. It is either becoming too loose or too tight depending on the direction of the seat rocking, the dealer was contacted and was told it is a known issue and the cost to fix is $1,000. 00. The issue has not been fixed yet but will in the next month.
