Description of the problem	Driving at a speed of approximately 15 mph and beginning to enter a right hand turn when the driver's seat gave way and slumped to the rear and shifted to the left. I immediately pulled over to investigate what had just happened. The back left mounting bracket of the driver's seat broke in half and now the seat rocks and shifts to the back left. I took the vehicle to the nissan dealership only to be told that they see this problem alot. To repair the seat will cost just over $1,000. Nissan recognizes that the bracket breaks and is defective. However, nissan has not issued a recall to resolve this safety issue. The seat has enough rock and play in it that in the event of a crash, the broken seat can act as a catalyst to eject the driver from the driver's seat.
