Description of the problem	Driver side seat in my 2005 nissan murano broke without warning. Car was parked at the time. The seat tilted to the left and was unstable. I am unable to adjust the seat to the proper height for the best driving position. Nissan has refused to cover repair or replacement costs even though the vehicle is covered under extended warranty.
