| Description of the problem | A bracket on the driver's side power seat has broken, and the seat tilts to one side and also forward. It is loose and will move forward several inches when i decelerate/accelerate or get in/out of the vehicle. The driver's seat is now very loose. The seat moves upon exit/entering the car and while driving. A small support bracket is broken and nissan claims the whole seat assembly needs to be changed, cost $1000+. It seems to me that seat bracket should not break under normal conditions and i was very surprised when i looked around online and found many people with the same problem. Have the drivers seat move around while the car is moving seems to me like a serious safety problem. |
