Description of the problem	While sitting in the driver's seat the bracket that holds the seat in its position broke. The seat rocked back and forth causing a safety hazard for me while driving the vehicle. Took it to the dealer was told that it would cost approximately $1000 or more to repair. Vehicle only had at the time approx 81,000 mls. This defect should be further investigated and a recall issued as it appears to be a manufacture defect with the number of complaints that have been submitted. Those who have had this equipment repaired as i have should be properly reimbursed.
