Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2005 nissan murano. When the contact sat down in the driver's seat, the seat extended to the back seat inadvertently. He exited the vehicle and noticed that the seat frame failed. The vehicle was driven to the dealer and they could not determine what caused the failure. The driver's seat was replaced.
