Description of the problemMy boyfriend was driving my car on the i-10 when he suddenly heard a loud crack and the seat was suddenly lopsided. I therefore brought the car into my local nissan dealership to see about having it repaired and if my warranty would cover it. I was informed that parts and labor would cost $846, i also had to pay the $90 whether or not i was going to have it repaired. I contacted my warranty company and was told that after careful consideration they would not cover it because it happened after the 36000 mile. My car had roughly 60k miles at the time of the occurrence. I now have to ride with two large phone books under my seat in order to drive. I asked that a supervisor contact me and no one ever did. I now have 72k miles and would like to see about repairing this before it hits 100k. I am not quite sure of the date but i do know that it was sometime in january.
