Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2005 nissan murano. The contact stated that the front driver's seat broke and had stopped squeaking noise. Later, while driving less than 70 mph, the seat frame failed. The dealer stated that due to the wear in the seat they would not make repairs under warranty because it expired. The dealer also stated that the defect could not be repaired and the entire seat component needed to be replaced at an estimated cost of a little less than $1,000.
