Description of the problem	The iron bracket on the passenger side of the seat if broken. The dealership stated that it was normal wear and tear. The vehicle (nissan murano 2005) should be able to withstand more that just 2 years of use. I have further proof where other owners of the same vehicle have experienced the same problem on the driver's side of the vehicle. I also had purchase extended warranty on the vehicle and the dealership stated i didn't have it, and it is not covered. I know there is something that can be done. I have contact an attorney for further assistance.
