| Description of the problem | 2005 nissan murano with 68k miles suddenly lurched forward in my driveway almost wrecking into my house. No previous symptoms or dash lights. Towed it to the dealership, which said they didn't know what was wrong or why, but repair cost is $5,500. No other options given as they do not repair - only replace transmissions. No other shop is authorized to work on this model of transmissions. So i have no options. |
