Description of the problem	While driving on the highway the 2005 murano slowed down, i pressed more firmly on the gas and it did nothing. I pulled onto the shoulder of the highway and the car had shut off completely. I tried restarting the murano several times with no luck. I had to call for a flat bed tow truck which took 5 plus hours of me sitting in the freezing cold with no power in my car in the dead of winter. Vehicle was towed home and i was told i needed a new battery. I went to pep boys and purchased a brand new battery and had pep boys install it for me. The next night as i was driving my fiance to his house the 2005 murano again lost momentum and within seconds shut down. And again i could not turn the vehicle back on. I had to call for another flat bed tow truck and wait luckily only 3 hours this time for them to show up. I had the vehicle towed to my mechanic who replaced the alternator in the vehicle and another new battery. That was in november of 2018, it is now febuary 2019 and i have not had any electrical issues since. Why is this not covered under the recall that there was for the 2005 nissan murano? I do not understand why they refuse to cover the cost when they had to recall hundreds of thousands of this car for this issue and yet mine was not included?????
