| Description of the problem | This is the second time the driver's seat bracket has broken. The first time, we shamed the local nissan dealer to fix it, but this was only temporary as the seat has just broken again. We contacted nissan but they said we are on our own. Air bag light is supposedly linked to this issue as well. Also contacted nissan about this and escalated all the way to north american hq to no avail. It appears that nissan would rather take their chances on law suits than have their customers safely drive their products. After purchasing at least 10 nissan products over the past 30 years i will never purchase another. Forever is a long time. |
