Description of the problem	The driver side sunvisor suddenly fell down striking my wife in the fore head and causing her to run off the roadway. She was safely able to re-enter the roadway without over correcting and having an accident. This has happened several times, finally to the point that i have removed the sunvisor. I have twin seven year olds with autism that ride in this vehicle several times a week. I have read of several other owners of murano's with the same issue. As a police officer and paramedic this is a safety issue that the manufacturer needs to address, before someone is seriously injured.
