| Description of the problem | Driver's side sun visor suddenly flopped down and blocked my wife's view of the road. It will not stay up. After listening to her complaints for weeks, i finally took it the dealership to get a new one. They want $182. 59 plus tax just for the part! That doesn't even include labor to install. The dealership told me i was lucky because it used to cost $425. That is ludicrous! I have found dozens of similar complaints on this very website. It is a serious safety issue and it is obviously a systemic problem. I didn't realize how much it affected your driving until i drove it today. We are in the market for a new car and i can guarantee it will not be a nissan or infiniti. $200 for a $20 sun visor is insane! |
