Description of the problem	2004 nissan murano driver's side sun visor repeatedly falls down and will not stay up causing a serious safety issue. The consequences could be fatal if not fixed. I have had 2 incidents where i was close to being hit by another car due to the visor falling. The visor fell as i was approaching an intersection in which it caused me to go through a red light. I have contacted nissan consumer affairs and they told me i had to take it to a dealership for them to verify that it was an issue. I then contacted nissan consumer affairs back to let them know it was verified that it was a problem and that a regional specialist would contact me. I talk to the regional specialist and she needed the documentation from the dealership. She now has it and i'm waiting for a response now. This all started just a couple of weeks ago with nissan. If the safety issue is not resolved by their expense then i'm talking to a good friend that is an investigative reporter for a local news company.
