Description of the problem	My 2004 nissan murano has a defective driver-side sun visor problem. It keeps falling down and will also not stay up. This is a safety issue because when i am driving the vehicle, the visor will flop down without warning and cause me to become distracted, which could cause me to have an accident. Also, if i put it down, it will not stay in the position i place it in. I believe this is a defective part in the nissan murano. I have noticed on the internet that many people have been complaining about this issue and that nissan refuses to cover this under warranty or under a recall. There was even a nissan auto technician who anonymously admitted that this was a mechanical failure because he has to replace the visor part on many vehicles he has worked on. Can you do anything about this?
