Description of the problem	I have a 2004 nissan murano. Both sun visors have failed and i'm concerned that it is unsafe. When the vehicles is jarred both visors will suddenly flip into the down position, momentarily distracting the driver and obstructing vision. I have already spoken to the nissan dealer and the service manager said nissan is very aware of the problem but will not issue a recall.
