Description of the problem	The sun visor on my 2004 nissan murano (with 25k miles) failed some time back, where it will not always stay in the up position, and unexpectedly falls blocking the field of vision. It is completely unusable in the side window position, and completely unpredictable in the front position. This caused a near wreck. While doing some online research i discovered this is a common problem with this vehicle. The dealers answer is to sell me a $300(!!!!) sun visor, plus installation. This is a clear mfg defect as no other car i've ever owned has had this problem in any amount of time or mileage.
