Description of the problem	I was taking a left hand turn when i heard something snap and my driver's side seat fell back to the left. My foot came off the gas pedal when the seat fell back. I've read all of the complaints and i find it hard to believe that this is not considered a safety issue. I could have easily lost control of the car or come to an abrupt stop from my foot coming off the gas if i were traveling at a faster rate of speed. I just returned from the nissan dealer. They had to completely replace the seat lift frame assembly for a "discounted" cost of $1135. 80 which i paid. I could not drive the car in this condition (the seat was not stable and wobbling every time i took a turn or hit a bump) so i felt i had not choice but to repair it. From the invoice i think the part # is 87450-ca68b and then below that it says mh7826.
