Description of the problem	2004 nissan murano, normal usage of the driver seat, noticed seat rocking 9 months after i bought it "certified used", took it to the nissan dealer, was told it was a broken seat bracket, cost to repair $948 + tax. The complaints on this issue with other owners is endless! This is a major design flaw, a seat should never break like this under normal wear, and should be recalled by nissan after so many documented complaints.
