| Description of the problem | I have always been a fan of nissan until now my driver side seat broke , one of the brackets on the left side has completely broken in half, and by the looks of the many complaints nissan has gotten about the very same issue it is very clear to me this is a factory issue. I do not understand how they have investigated this issue and came to the conclusion that it is not a safety issue just by the fact that there has only been a free minor injuries so far, the whole point in issuing a recall is to prevent injury , due to the high number of complaints should be probable cause for a recall in itself. That is ridiculous how has no one issued a lawsuit against you people yet. |
