| Description of the problem | Nissan murano 96" began leaking engine oil, went in to fix under a nissan warranty. Leak was not fixed and the power steering began to leak. Service manager at dealership, autobarn nissan, don mekoola told me these engines begin leaking at this point and the dealership would not even offer enough on a trade to wholesale the murano. That tells you all you need to know. Nissan usa will do nothing and the dealer will do nothing. I had no idea the car was this bad a shape and continued driving it. Now i follow don's advice and top off both engine oil and power steering fluid every week. Not the best answer, but i have no choice. |
