Description of the problem	I bought a new nissan murano 2004 model in february 7th 2004 and met with an accident on 29th march 2004 ... The car was a total loss ... I want to complain about the not opening of airbags in my car at the time of accident... I called nissan they going to look into .. After follwing for more than two months they cam back with a reply .. They couldn't see my car bcoz of lapse of thier guys .. And now the car is alreday in yard and they cant find it.. I tried to report this to police but since the cars involved in an accident were totalled although both of us guys were seemed to be ok at that time. So he didnt file the police report.. None of the air bags came up. I was the only person who was injured .*ak
