Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2004 nissan maxima xe. The vehicle has goodyear eagle rs-a tires, size p245/45/r18. The contact observed that the inner and outer sidewalls of the tires exhibited excessive cracking on the two front and rear driver's side tires. The vehicle rode poorly on normal road conditions.
