Description of the problem	I own a 2004 nissan maxima that has been experiencing transmission problems since i hit around the 100k mark. The problem in detail is a hard jerking/kick when i go in and out of 1st gear. It only seems to do it once the car is fully warmed up and/or when i have been driving for about 45 mins. It is also more noticeable while in traffic or on roads with many lights---of course... I did my research and alot of 2004-5 nissan maxima owners are experiencing that same problem and nissan will not recall the transmission, so i am willing to go through the correct procedure to see if this will help us get our problems fixed or reimbursed for getting the trans fixed on our own. I am scheduled to get this fixed the week of december 28th.
