Description of the problem	I have 2004 nissan maxima. I am experiencing shifting problems. It seems to slip out of gear on 3rd. Or experience extreme hesitation when going to 3rd. Seems not to securely sit in gear. Then intermittently, when reversing. Car hesitates 3-5 sec to shift into drive. Then once it does. It drops very hard into gear.
