The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and they stated that new engine mounts were needed. He did not believe that new engine mounts would correct the failure. The contact took the vehicle to a repair shop and was informed that the transmission failed. The vin was unknown. The failure mileage was 60,000 and current mileage was 70,000. |
