| Description of the problem | At about 53,000 miles my 2004 nissan maxima staring jerking and shifting roughly. I was told my car needed motor mounts and the transmission replaced. I had this taken care of at the nissan dealership. It's been almost a year since my car transmission was replaced and now it's starting to jerk and shift rough again. I have investigated the problems that the 2004 nissan maximas have with the transmission having to be replaced at around 55,000 to 65,000 miles. Nissan made a poorly made 2004 maxima. This should be investigated. |
