Description of the problem	my transmission jerking from 1st to 2nd gear on my 2004 nissan maxima with 77,000 miles. I took it in to the nissan dealer and they recommended a transmission fluid change. I agreed to the transmission fluid replacement but the problem persist. I later took the car back but they didn't find anything wrong. Now at 133,000 miles its very bad. There is a website where hundreds of other consumers have the same problem on the 04 nissan maxima. The dealer or the nissan headquarters are listening to us and are refusing to help or even recall this faulty transmission.
