Description of the problem	I've noticed a pretty severe jerking motion when going from 1st to 2nd gear and again from 2nd to 1st gear in my maxima. I bought it used with 40k miles on it and just recently started to notice the problem when the car hit 58k. Seems much worse when moving at slow speeds in the snow. I've noticed several other postings with the same issue.
