| Description of the problem | While waiting for a light to change i noticed a puff of smoke coming from under the hood of my car on the passenger side. It quickly turned into billows of smoke. My sister and i quickly got my grandchildren out of the car and over to a safe area. The smoke became dark brown and then black and burst into flames. Luckily the fire department was very prompt. However, the vehicle filled with smoke and the windshield burst out. This car had only 13,000 kms. It was a very frightening vent and my family's safety was severely compromised. This has been reported to department of transport in canada |
