Description of the problem	Tl* the contact leased a 2015 nissan juke. While driving 30 mph, the brake pedal was applied, but failed to engage and traveled to the floorboard. As a result, the contact crashed into the rear of a ford f-150. There were no injuries. The air bags did not deploy. Police report number: [xxx] was filed. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic for body repairs.
