Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 nissan juke. While driving 70 mph, the vehicle independently decelerated to 40 mph. The accelerator pedal was depressed in an attempt to regain speed, but it failed to function. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle was equipped with a hum safety device that notified the driver when the speed exceeded 65 mph, which captured the speed at the time of the failure. The contact mentioned that a sixteen wheeler was behind her when the failure occurred and honked at her due to almost being rear ended. The contact called bedford nissan (18115 rockside rd, bedford, oh 44146) and was informed that she could drop off the vehicle. The dealer was unaware as to when the vehicle would be diagnosed and there were no loaners available for the contact. The vehicle was currently parked at the contact's home.
