| Description of the problem | The vehicle started loosing power and stalling very often during normal driving in the city. Took it to the nissan dealership and they said the turbo went out and debris was sucked into the engine causing damage. Now they say we need an engine, $6000 for a used one or $14,000 for a new one, on a vehicle we still own $7400. That's insane and it's the second time something like this happens to us with a nissan engine, a very similar thing happened with our 2005 pathfinder, had to put a used engine on that one too. We are never buying a nissan again plus they take forever to take responsibility for manufacturer defects and make recalls. |
