Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2012 nissan juke. While the contact's daughter was driving 45 mph, she clipped a stopped vehicle on the rear drive side. As a result, the contact's daughter's vehicle rolled over. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact's daughter stated that there were no warning indicators illuminated. The daughter sustained multiple skull fractures and right skull damage, which required surgery to release pressure on the brain.
