Description of the problem	Windshield wiper malfunction: 1. Issue in intermittent mode: when turn windshield wiper switch to intermittent mode, no matter turn knob at what intermittent level, wiper runs continuously for 20 to 30 seconds, and then stop for about 10 sec, starts again for 20 secs and then stop 10sec, repeat like this at any intermittent level, 2. Issue in low/high continuous mode: when turn windshield wiper switch to either slow / high continuous mode, wipers runs continuously for about 20 to 30 seconds, and then stops for about 10 sec and repeat like this. #2 issue has been quite dangerous about 2 weeks ago under heavy rain, could barely see when wiper stops to function intermittently.
