Description of the problem	Windshield wipers will turn on by themselves, run high speed for approx. 30 seconds, stop (with wipers in active position - often blocking vision) pause for approx. 10-60 seconds and restart. This has been non-stop for the last 2 days. I cannot control the speed or turn them on/off. I've read others with the same make/model/year have had the same malfunction. This is a dangerous issue.
