| Description of the problem | When driving for 40 minutes or more, going 60 mph or higher, car will lose speed and eventually stop. No lights will come on and no warning. Gas pedal will hit floor but there will be no acceleration. Seems like turning off the car for 20 minutes or more will reboot it, but only for a short time period. This happens mostly on highways, not on smaller roads as stated previously you must be driving for at least 40 minutes or more going at least 60 mph or higher. Went to dealership and said it was a bad drive shift but unknown reason as to what caused it. Never had problems before this. |
